Here she is all painted!

Took me about three and a half hours to paint. Water bottle is there for size comparison. The bottle is about 12in (30cm) tall.

I need to remind myself to prime the next sculpture I paint. I didn't have any problems with the colors I mixed with white (her body and the clouds), but all the colors with no white mixed in looked transparent and picked up all the color of the orangestone. This happened with all of the colors of her mane. I ended up mixing a little bit of white into those and it made a huge difference.

She's currently on display in my art department's Student Art Expo along with An Old Mare's Tale (the Luna/NMM tile).
